Create Conceptual Value Domains

		Conceptual Value Domains are simply the concepts surrounding Value Domains and Data Element Concepts. Thus a concept might be Calendar dates, Time, Dimensions, Weights, Genders and the like. Conceptual Value Domains are thus overarching collections of conceptual meanings of value sets that identified and named in value domains, which, in turn, are detailed in Value Domain Values. Conceptual Value Domains are accomplished by:

		Start the Data Element Metabase System Module Select the DBMS Enter User Name and Password Select the Menu Item, Conceptual Value Domains, and then Conceptual Value Domain Press the Insert button Identify and enter the Conceptual Value Domain information Select the subordinate menu item Conceptual Value Domain Structures Insert a new Conceptual Value Domain Structure Select the subordinate menu item Conceptual Value Domain Structure Type Insert a new Conceptual Value Domain Structure Type
