		A Value Domain is the specification of the meaning and boundaries surrounding a collection of values. Thus, a Value Domain provides a restrictive meaning around the set of values allowed to be represented by a Data Element. The value domain is accomplished by:

		Start the Data Element Metabase System Module Select the DBMS Enter User Name and Password Select the Menu Item, Value Domains then subordinate Data Value Domains Select the appropriate Conceptual Value Domain Structure Type Select the appropriate Conceptual Value Domain Press the Insert button Identify and enter Value Domain information Press the Reset button for name generation Enter the description for the Value Domain Select the subordinate menu item Value Domain Structures Insert a new Value Domain Structure Select the subordinate menu item Value Domain Structures Insert a new Value Domain Structure Type
