Review of preceding workshop's "Homework" of Projects Inventory is prerequisite to this workshop.
Revise Projects Inventory as appropriate.
Identify the persons who are currently assigned or likely to be assigned to enterprise architecture projects.
Determine the various skills each person possesses and assign a particular skill level type and skill level to that person's overall skill level inventory.
For each project, identify the various project deliverables, and assign for each project deliverable one or more persons with their associated skill levels.
Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products
