ReAssign Columns to Attributes

Columns may have been mistakenly assigned to Attributes and may need to be reassigned to a different Attribute. When a Column is assigned to wrong Attribute then its inherited semantics may be inappropriate. This Column to Attribute reassgnment is accomplished by:

• Start the Implemented Database Model Metabase System Module
• Select the DBMS
• Enter User Name and Password
• Select the Menu Item, ReAssign Columns to Attributes
• Select the appropriate reassign-from Schema
• Select the appropriate reassign-from Table
• Select and Tag one or more Columns that has an assigned attribute that is to be changed
• Select the appropriate reassign-to Subject
• Select the appropriate reassign-to Entity
• Select and Tag the reassign-to Attribute
• Press the button that reassign the Columns to a different Attribute.
