Resource Life Cycle Model Creation

This workshop consists of four full days. The overall schedule is as follows:

1. Prior Workshop Homework
• Review of preceding workshop's "Homework" of missions organizations and functions development assignments that are prerequisite for this workshop.
• Accomplish revisions as appropriate.
2. Identify and describe the resource type that enable focus on individual resources of the enterprise.
3. Divide resource discovery into teams by resource type
• For each resource type, identify and describe the individual resources.
• Decompose resources that are complex and describe each layer.
• Create resource life cycles for each leaf resource.
• Ensure that each resource life cycle node represents an achievable state in the life of the resource.
• Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products
• Revise as necessary
4. Resource and mission relationships.
• Identify the missions related to each resource
• Describe the contribution to the mission by the resource.
• Cross check all missions and resources to ensure completeness
• Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products 
• Revise as necessary
5. Establish Resource Life Cycle Node networks
• Identify source Resource Life Cycle node
• Identify target Resource Life Cycle node
• Name and describe the enabling rationale of the target Resource Life Cycle Node precedence between source and target Resource Life Cycle Nodes.
• Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products
• Revise as necessary
6. Review entire set of Resource Life Cycle networks
• Ensure completeness across the enterprise for all essential resource transformations.
• Develop and deliver presentation of accomplished work products
• Revise as necessary.
