	Workshop Policies

PAYMENT POLICY: All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the seminar. It is strict policy that only U.S. government employees may submit training authorization forms in lieu of prepayment. Our Federal ID Number is 52-1442967.

CONFIRMATION: Registrations will be confirmed by E-mail.

SPECIAL NEEDS: Whitemarsh Information Systems Corp supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance, please call 1-301-249-1142.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar will be subject to cancellation charges described below. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are liable for the entire registration fee.

Cancellation fees are handled as follows:

Data Management Lectures:	Data Management Lecture & Workshop (Including COI-DIW):
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the Data Management Lectures version are subject to a $50 cancellation charge.	Cancellations received 30 days or more before the Data Management Workshops version are subject to a $75 cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the Data Management Lectures will be subject to a $400 cancellation charge.	Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the Data Management Workshops will be subject to a $750 cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the seminar will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
Please note: Nonpayment does not constitute cancellation.

SCHEDULE: While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented in this brochure, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Whitemarsh Information Systems reserves the right to use photographs of any event attendee for future promotions. Videotaping and/or photography are not allowed without prior written approval of Whitemarsh Information Systems Corp.

SOLICITATION: Solicitation at the event by anyone is strictly prohibited.
